Messages

Messages is chat with your coach and the staff at your gym, inside the app. Pick a conversation on the left and type on the right.

It works the same in the mobile app and in a browser: the same conversations, the same history.

Who can read your messages

The staff in the conversation, and managers at your gym, who have oversight of every thread. Other clients cannot see your conversations.

Treat it as a conversation with your gym rather than a private channel with one person. Nothing here is confidential from your gym.

Getting notified

Push notifications need to be switched on in Settings → Notifications and allowed by your phone. If replies are not reaching you, both are worth checking. See Troubleshooting.

Response times

Your coach answers when they can. It is not a manned support desk, and it is not the place for anything urgent.

For anything to do with the app itself, contact support rather than messaging your coach, because they cannot fix the software.
