Challenges, leaderboards and rewards
Optional, and off to the side of the actual training. If your gym does not run them, these pages will be empty and that is normal.
Challenges
Challenges lists what is running, whether gym-wide or within your group. Join enters you, Leave takes you back out, and Standings shows where everyone is.
Only people who have joined appear in a challenge's standings. Leaving removes you from them.
"No active challenges right now" means your gym has not got one running.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards rank participants on whatever the board measures. They are visible to other members of your gym, which is the point of them, so if you would rather not appear, do not join the challenge that feeds the board.
Your check-ins, progress photos, measurements and messages are never on a leaderboard. Only the challenge's own metric is.
Rewards
Rewards lists what your gym offers, what each costs to claim, and how many points you have to spend. Those points come from training — workouts, PRs, check-ins and badges. Community XP builds your level instead; it is never spent.
Redeem claims a reward and takes its points straight away. Your gym's staff are told, and it shows under Your rewards as Pending until they hand it over, then as Given. If the gym cancels it instead, it shows as Cancelled and the points come back.
What is on offer, what it costs, and how you actually receive it are your gym's decisions. Support cannot grant points or reverse a redemption — ask your gym.
Lobby display
Some gyms run a leaderboard on a screen in the building. It shows the same standings as the app.
