Bookings and Open Gym
Your calendar
Calendar shows every session, workout and logged activity by month. Tap a day to see what is on it, and tap an entry for the detail.

Open Gym
Open Gym lists the times your gym has opened up for the day. Pick one and it is booked. Booked slots are marked Booked. If you see "No times left today, try another day", that day is full.

After an Open Gym session the app offers to attach a workout to it, so what you did is recorded against the slot rather than floating loose. You can skip that at the time and add it later from the calendar: open the slot and choose Add a workout.
Booking a session with your trainer
Sessions with a trainer are not open-ended. Your trainer sends you a booking link, and it opens a page where you pick from the times they have free.
Three things about that link are worth knowing, because each one produces a different message if it is not met:
- It does not need you to sign in. It is personal to you, so treat it like a password and do not forward it.
- It expires, and it only lets you book a limited number of days ahead. Your trainer sets both when they create it.
- You need a banked session. If it says "You have no banked sessions available to book right now", you have nothing left to spend. See Membership.
"No open times in this window, please contact your trainer" means your trainer has nothing free in the period the link covers. Only they can open more.
Cancelling a session
Open the session and choose Request cancel. It goes to your gym rather than taking effect immediately: a member of staff approves it.
What happens to the session depends on how much notice you gave. Your gym sets that notice period, and it can differ between locations, so check with them for the exact number of hours.
Cancelled with enough notice. The session comes back to you as a floating session. It is banked, not lost, and you can re-book it with a booking link from your trainer. A floating session is valid for 30 days. If it is not re-booked within that, it expires.
Cancelled late. The session counts as used, exactly as if you had attended.
That is the whole rule, and it is worth knowing before you need it. Cancelling early costs you nothing. Cancelling late costs you the session.
Sessions you did not attend
A missed session with no cancellation is treated as a late cancellation. If something genuinely went wrong, ask your gym. Staff can approve a cancellation after the fact at their discretion, and an approved one banks the session as a 30-day floating session in the usual way.
How many sessions do I have left?
